Program Workplan: FIDIKASI (Film Discussion Advocacy) has been successfully implemented by the Advocacy Division of HMS-FT, Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar.

TEKNIK.UNISMUH.AC.ID, MAKASSAR — The FIDIKASI (Film Discussion and Advocacy) program is an activity organized by the Advocacy Division of the Student Association (HMS-FT) of Muhammadiyah University, Makassar. The event consists of a film screening followed by an advocacy discussion session.

The event featured Mr. Nasrullah, S.T., who is the former Secretary of the Advocacy Division of HMS-FT Unismuh Makassar, 2022–2023 period.

The event was held on September 30, 2025. And the program took place at Muhammadiyah University, Makassar, specifically on the 3rd floor of the Iqra Tower, Faculty of Engineering. With active participation from civil engineering students, the event ran interactively.

The FIDIKASI activity aims to broaden students' understanding of advocacy issues through film. It provides a critical discussion space for civil students to develop social awareness and advocacy. And it features alumni as inspiration to make students more sensitive to issues related to advocacy and student affairs.

The event began with the screening of an advocacy-themed film, followed by an interactive discussion led by the speaker. Participants were seen enthusiastically expressing their views, exchanging ideas, and gaining new insights into the role of advocacy in the campus and community.

In his presentation, Mr. Nasrullah, S.T., emphasized the importance of students' sensitivity to surrounding issues. "Advocacy is not just about speaking, but about the courage to speak up for what is right and defend the interests of many. Students must be the driving force for change, not just spectators," he said.
