The Faculty of Engineering at Demo University inaugurated its new AI and Data Science Laboratory on March 25, 2026. The laboratory was built with an investment of Rp 3 billion, sourced from the state budget, industrial partnerships, and university funds.

Laboratory Specifications:

• NVIDIA DGX A100 GPU Server — for large-scale deep learning model training
• 30 Workstations — each with NVIDIA RTX 4090
• Storage Server — 100TB NAS for datasets
• Network — 10 Gbps internal network
• Software — TensorFlow, PyTorch, CUDA, Jupyter Hub

The lab will be used for lectures, research, and training in the fields of machine learning, computer vision, NLP, and data analytics.

The inauguration was carried out by the Rector of Demo University, accompanied by a representative from NVIDIA Indonesia.
